Once you submit, Lori receives the inquiry and reads it. Most first calls happen the same day or the next business day. The first conversation is informal, and we’re learning what you’re picturing and figuring out whether Heritage is the right builder for it. There’s no charge for the conversation, and there’s no pitch.
If we’re a fit, the next step is usually a design session, a half-day at our office or your lot to put what you’re picturing on paper.
If we’re not a fit, we’ll tell you who we’d recommend.
