Heritage Homes

Ground broke this week.

The equipment came in Tuesday morning. The footprint of the home is taking shape in the slope.

Tuesday morning the equipment arrived. By afternoon the dirt was moving. The footprint of the home is now visible from the access road as a stepped earthwork tiered into the slope.

What will be foundation in three weeks is right now a set of mounds and ledges. The pad gets walked tomorrow with the surveyor before the foundation crew lays out forms next week.

The lot has been waiting since last summer. From here on, the home shows up.
